This oaty fruit crumble recipe is a delicious alternative to a refined sugar fruit crumble and uses oats. Oaty Fruit Crumble
Cook Time: 40 Mins
Ingredients
- 700g fresh fruit (apples or berries, pick fruit that is in season)
- 60g True Natural Goodness xylitol
For the crumble:
- 75g Evergreen oats
- 75g Doves Farm plain flour
- 75g Biona coconut palm sugar
- 75g Rainbow organic raw virgin coconut oil
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Chop fruit and place in a large pie dish and sprinkle with xylitol.
3. Blend the oats, flour, sugar and coconut oil until it resembles breadcrumbs.
4. Sprinkle the mixture over the fruits and bake for 40 mins (until golden in colour).
