Get all ingredients together in a blender and mix for 20 - 30 seconds.

Scoop a tablespoon of the pancake batter onto a heated pan, and cook on a medium heat. Once you spot bubbles on the top, flip the pancake over for a minute or two.

Put your pancakes on a plate and add your favourite toppings. That’s it!
