Delivery Charges

If your order value is €45 or more, then delivery is free to any destination within the Island of Ireland. Order values of less than €45 will incur a fee of €5.95.

 

Dispatch & Delivery

Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be dispatched in Ireland

Please note the couriers are extremely busy and you may experience slight delays.

In the unlikely event that the item that you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

 

Our Couriers - DPD & Fastway

We use two courier companies for our deliveries, DPD and Fastway Couriers. DPD offers a one hour predicted delivery window to all customers. At the checkout simply make the selection of your choice of courier.

 

Click & Collect Orders

Our Click and Collect service is only available in our Galway Shopping Centre Store at the moment. If your order was placed before 11am, your order will be ready by 11am the following day. If you placed your order after 11am, your order will be ready in 2 days. You will receive a shipment email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Orders must be picked up within 3 days after receiving this email.
