Directions

Powder: Adults: Take 1-2 teaspoons mixed with water or fruit juice, 1-2 times daily. Once the powder has been mixed with your beverage, you must consume immediately. Children (aged 12 years plus): 1/2 or 1 teaspoon to be taken 1-2 times daily

Note: After two weeks of use, the amount of Lepicol taken daily can be reduced.
