These Banana Bread Protein Balls are bite-sized treats packed with flavour and nutrition.

Ripe banana, cashew butter, oat flour, and vanilla protein powder come together to create a soft, naturally sweet base, with a pinch of cinnamon adding extra warmth. Each ball is dipped in rich dark chocolate and sprinkled with crunchy almonds for a satisfying texture.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 125g Organic Cashew Nut Butter
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 100g oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 80g Biona Organic Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted
  • 50g chopped almonds

Method:

Mash the banana until smooth in a mixing bowl.

Add the ground almonds, oat flour, vanilla protein powder, ground cinnamon, salt, cashew butter, and maple syrup, then mix until fully combined.

Roll the dough into bite-sized balls. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and coat evenly.

Sprinkle each ball with chopped almonds and place on a tray. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.
