Almond flour is made by carefully removing the skin of whole almonds and then grinding them down to create this fine to medium flour.

Almond flour does have a nutritional advantage over most processed flours as they contain the same nutrients as whole almonds. Almonds are a rich source of many key nutrients including protein, dietary fibre, vitamin E, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc and phosphorous. This flour is ideal for baking, particularly in wheat free and gluten free baking. It also adds great texture and flavour to the baked goods.

Delivery Charges

If your order value is €55 or more, then delivery is free to any destination within the Island of Ireland. Order values of less than €55 will incur a fee of €6.95.

Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be dispatched in Ireland.

In the unlikely event that the item that you ordered is not in stock, we will issue your account with a refund and send the remaining items in your order.

Our Couriers - DPD & GLS

We use two courier companies for our deliveries, DPD and An Post.

DPD offers a one hour predicted delivery window to all customers.

At the checkout simply make the selection of your choice of courier.
