I'm Dani (Danilly), I am from Rio De Janeiro Brazil and I moved to Ireland in 2014. And my background is Law.
I am certified Nutritionist and Health Coach through IINH with a passion for herbal medicine, homeopathy, and natural wellness. I'm a mother of two girls and have a lively household with 3 dogs, 4 cats, and numerous hens and ducks.
What inspired you to join the natural health sector?
My journey into the natural health sector started with personal health struggles and a desire for holistic solutions. Motherhood heightened my awareness of the products and medicines we used, leading me to herbal medicine and wellness. The positive impact on my family's health inspired me to pursue nutrition and health coaching and become more environmentally conscious.
Where did you get the idea for your brand?
The idea of the brand – Talamh Natural - came from seeing my mother struggling with menopause symptoms, which led me to study cosmetic formulation. With a background in nutrition and an understanding of herbal medicine, I aspired to create a brand that not only alleviated menopause symptoms but also promoted overall wellness. Through dedication and a commitment to sustainability, my brand strives to provide effective, natural health solutions that resonate with those seeking holistic alternatives.
What makes your brand unique?
Talamh Natural distinguishes itself through its solid foundation in both nutrition and herbal medicine, providing a unique combination of expertise. We are dedicated to developing effective, natural health solutions tailored to address the specific needs of individuals.
Our Wild Yam Line is particularly notable as it comprises four distinct products designed to cater to a diverse range of customers, promoting hormonal regulation, skin nourishment, and also mineral replenishment.

Each product is carefully crafted with the intent to support individual health needs while promoting overall well-being.
We ensure that our products are not only beneficial for our customers but also environmentally friendly. By using eco-conscious practices and sourcing sustainably, we strive to minimize our environmental footprint. We minimise plastic usage wherever possible, recycle all unused boxes by shredding them for use as packaging filler, and actively support other Irish businesses wherever feasible.

How do you support your community?
We actively engage with our community through various initiatives and support programs. We are pleased to announce a series of events focused on nutrition and hormone education. Additionally, we proudly support the Endometriosis Group in Limerick and Tralee and Balm of Gilead.
At the core of our mission is the value we place on community. We are committed to fostering strong, supportive relationships with our customers, thereby creating a sense of trust and belonging. This connection is integral to our brand, as it embodies our personal journey and commitment to holistic health. We actively listen to our customers and continuously seek ways to support them through various initiatives.
We also support a variety of Irish businesses. Our labels are produced locally by a printing company with 40 years of experience in Limerick. The majority of our ingredients are sourced from suppliers across several counties, and our packaging is also sourced from Ireland. We aim to support the community in many ways.
What has been the most rewarding part of your brands journey?
The first rewarding moment was when I had the product completed and the first sale occurred. The most rewarding aspect for me as a business owner involves receiving feedback from customers regarding how much the products have benefited them, and continues to do so.
What in your opinion makes Irish brands unique?
In my opinion, Irish brands distinguish themselves through a deep-rooted connection to their heritage, a commitment to sustainability, and a strong sense of community.
Additionally, Irish brands are very strong on their authenticity and storytelling. Each product often carries a piece of Irish history or culture, making it more than just a commodity but a narrative that customers can connect with on a personal level. This authenticity fosters a loyal customer base who values the integrity and transparency of Irish businesses.
What is your favourite product from your brand?
All of them!!!
I love the Wild Yam & Magnesium body oil, the blend of essential oils, the fatty oils and of course the hormone boost with the wild yam is certainly a part of my daily routine usage.
A new powerful cream for pain and inflammation relief, containing comfrey, castor oil, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, frankincense, and more, is now available and might yet become my favourite product.

As time progresses, Talamh Natural will be continually refined by the valuable feedback from our customers regarding the positive impact of our products on their lives, as well as my own personal experiences and commitment to helping others. The feedback reinforces our mission and motivates us to persist in creating high-quality, natural health solutions. And the experiences have not only shaped our brand but have also strengthened our determination to support and engage with our community.
