This is my favourite nutritious easy healthy vegan multi purpose comfort food recipe covers breakfast, snack & dessert.
Serves: 8 | Prep Time: 6 mins | Cooking Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
- 250g True Natural Goodness Organic Oatflakes
- 80g of True Natural Goodness Organic Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tbsp of True Natural Goodness Organic Xylitol
- 2 tbsp of True Natural Goodness Organic Coconut Oil
- 1 level tsp True Natural Goodness Organic Ceylon Cinnamon
- Half level tsp True Natural Goodness Organic Turmeric Powder
- Quarter level tsp True Natural Goodness Himalayan Fine Rock Salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 170C
- Heat oil & xylitol in saucepan until glistening & melted.
- In a large bowl add the oatflakes, seeds, spices & salt, then stir all together well with wooden spoon.
- Stir in wet ingredients from saucepan into dry ingredients and mix well with wooden spoon.
- Spread contents of large bowl onto a large flat baking tray evenly & pop into oven for 30 mins & every 10 mins with oven glove remove tray and with wooden smooth mix around & pop back into oven to toast all the flakes & seeds evenly until golden.
