- 100ml Biona Kefir
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 large handful of baby spinach
- 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
