Biona Organic collaborated with Emma Bridgewater for this delicious artichoke and spinach dip. Made with Biona organic's olive oil and tangy kefir, simply put everything in the blender, blitz and serve!
Serves: 12-18 | Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: n/a
- 100ml Biona Kefir
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 large handful of baby spinach
- 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve with crackers, bread-sticks, vegetables.
