Semolina is a coarsely ground grain made from wheat, and therefore contains gluten so is not suitable for coeliacs or those with gluten intolerances. Semolina is a regular ingredient in pastas, couscous as well as bread. It is also commonly used in breakfast cereals. Semolina makes an excellent addition to the diet.
