The combination of Italian red rice from Piedmont, long grain rice, black rice and Canadian wild rice adds an exotic flavour to your favourite dishes. Wild rice is versatile, nutritious and it can also be used in the same way rice is used in many dishes. 1 Cup of Rice to 2 1/4 Parts Water.Bring water and rice to the boil in a covered saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer until water is absorbed. Approx 50-60mins. Fluff the rice with a fork.
