Oregano is an ancient herb that grows throughout the Mediterranean region and has been used for centuries. It contains naturally occurring resin, sterols, flavonoids, carvacrol and thymol. Traditionally, it has been used to support healthy digestion and to assist in the normal flow of bile and for general colon support. Solaray’s Oil of Oregano contains 150mg of oil of oregano per capsules in extra virgin olive oil.
Directions
Take one capsule daily with a meal or glass of water.
