Solgar Skin, Nails and Hair is designed to build collagen and keratin. These are the major components of hair, skin and nails which may decrease with age. This formula has been developed to promote tissue elasticity, enhance vitamin C activity, restore collagen, improve circulation and strengthen blood vessels improving varicose veins. You may notice other benefits such as toned up skin, stronger nails and healthy hair.
This food supplement can be used as part of a kosher or vegetarian diet.
Directions
Adults, take 2 tablets daily, preferably at mealtimes or as otherwise directed.
