Siblings William (28) and Kylie (26) O’Donoghue co-founded FemFuelz in October 2020. Having both completed Bachelor’s Degrees of Business Studies in the University of Limerick Will and Kylie complemented this with their desire to create a female specific supplement company that would be designed to support women and out of this FemFuelz was born.
What inspired you to join the natural health sector?
In 2018 Kylie had a burning desire to create a female specific supplement company, which provided only the most premium products. For too long Kylie felt out of her depth and dismissed when discussing, buying and taking supplements. The topic often led her to feel like an outsider, which resulted in her ignoring her nutritional needs time and time again.
From this arose FemFuelz' mission, to create a brand that catered for the nutritional needs of women, to create an environment where they belong & to create products that consisted of only the most premium ingredients.
What makes your brand unique?
FemFuelz was designed to cater specifically for the nutritional demands of the female body. Each blend has added vitamins, minerals and more to ensure that every aspect of female’s health and wellbeing is catered for to ensure that each customer gets the most out of the their products.

How do you support your community?
Through the latest implementation of our Community hub we have designed a space whereby we aim to inform, empower and educate customer’s and those that want to find out about supplements, health, wellness and more! As well as that we have recently sponsored a female Gaelic football team in Co.Limerick! J
What has been the most rewarding part of your brands journey?
Hearing from customers on the benefits that FemFuelz has played on their everyday lives. As a brand that is very active with customers and followers we love to engage with each and every one of them to find out more about their journey and how we can continue to assist them over time!
What in your opinion makes Irish brands unique?
Irish brands relish in their ability to relate to the customer and their commitment to quality products.
What is your favourite product from your brand?
This question is somewhat similar to asking someone to pick their favourite child… but if I (Kylie) had to pick one it would be pre-workout! Especially on the days that work is busy and the gym is the last place I want to be, this gives me the pep in my step that I need and I always feel 100 times better once its done!
Tell us about something that has shaped your brand?
Customer loyalty has played a massive role on our brand as well as our unwavering commitment to make each product the best it can possibly be.
What do you hope to accomplish in the future?
Our aim is to be an all-encompassing female wellness brand whereby every female feels they belong and that there needs are catered for. As we continue and strive to achieve this mission we can safely say we would feel pretty accomplished.
