Spelt flakes can be prepared as a porridge, added to smoothies or yoghurts or just even added to a breakfast cereal for extra nutrition. Spelt grain is easier to digest than most other grains and although not gluten free, many people who are gluten intolerant can tolerate spelt. It has a nuttier, sweeter flavour than wheat and is much richer in proteins. Spelt flakes also make for a delicious and nutritious addition to baked goods too especially breads.

Delivery Charges

If your order value is €55 or more, then delivery is free to any destination within the Island of Ireland. Order values of less than €55 will incur a fee of €6.95.

Our Couriers - DPD & GLS

We use two courier companies for our deliveries, DPD and An Post.

DPD offers a one hour predicted delivery window to all customers.

At the checkout simply make the selection of your choice of courier.
