To benefit from this oil simply massage (along with a carrier oil) onto pulse points, add to a diffuser, add to hot water and steam, add to your bath water or simply add a few drops to tissue and inhale. Directions
Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale or add a few drops to running bath water or add a few drops to 100ml Shower Gel You can also place a few drops into water (depending on the diffuser) in one of Absolute Aromas diffusers.
