This deliciously rich sauce is made with coconut cream, tomatoes and coriander, which work together wonderfully to make this free from sauce. Meridian’s Free From Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets and is also free from gluten, dairy, wheat, refined sugar and GMOs as well as artificial colourings, preservatives or flavourings. This sauce is super easy to use, simply heat for 4-5 minutes. It can also be used as a casserole.

Heat sauce for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot & pour over cooked meat, fish, vegetables, or quorn. Alternatively simmer or casserole with accompaniment of choice until cooked thoroughly.
