TERRANOVA FERMENTED MUSHROOM COMPLEX provides a range of well-researched medicinal fungi known for their potential health benefits and protective properties. The complete mushroom is used in order to benefit from the numerous properties found in the mycelia & fruiting body as well as the extra-cellular compounds produced from the fungal cells. The patented submerged cultivation technology is utilised and is the most effective way to manage the identity and purity of medicinal mushrooms, while maximising absorption, bioavailability and potency.

TERRANOVA FERMENTED MUSHROOM COMPLEX provides medicinal fungi that have been the subject of a huge amount of research for their potential health benefits and protective properties. The specific raw material used provides organic whole mushroom to deliver all the health benefits found in both the mycelia & fruiting body. These have a unique biological structure and health benefits in comparison to the cells of the fungus. Each capsule provides 300 mg of a fermented fungal blend along with 100mg of a freeze dried fungal blend. This formulation also includes freeze dried ginger in order to facilitate bioavailability of the fungal compounds in the mushrooms.


Terranova fermented mushrooms are produced utilising a unique technology (known as submerged cultivation) whereby the mycellium are cultivated on a sterile liquid substrate. The substrate is adapted to each different mushroom. One major benefit of this production method is that the growth medium can be easily separated from the mycelium by filtration. This process retains not only the mycelium, but also all extracellular beta glucans which are water soluble and very easily absorbed, hence more bioavailable, ensuring the highest activity/potency. Additionally, the end product retains no traces of the growth medium or substrate.


Cordyceps Mushroom has long been esteemed for its potent health-promoting qualities, especially its anti-ageing and energy-enhancing properties.
