Higher Nature Starflower Oil is extracted from borage seeds, which boast the highest level of naturally-occurring GLA in any plant. Gamma-linolenic acid is an essential omega-6 fatty acid and it converts to a useful hormone-like substance in the body.

One (1) capsule provides 1000mg Starflower Oil (cold pressed) providing 220mg of Omega 6 GLA. Also contains: Gelatine, glycerine, mixed tocopherols (natural vitamin E). - No added: Sugar, salt, starch, wheat, gluten, maize/corn, yeast, lactose, dairy products, artificial preservatives, colours or flavourings.

One capsule to be taken daily. Warning: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement.
