1. Soak your feet in warm water and wet the pumice stone.
2. Rub the abrasive side of the pumice stone over the skin in a circular motion with light pressure on each foot for two or three minutes.
3. Apply the foot cream and massage it into your feet using circular motions.
4. From a seated position, place the tool underneath your foot and begin rolling from the ball of your foot, along the arch, and down towards the heel. Once you reach the heel, roll in the opposite direction and all the way up the foot to the toes. Repeat for 2-3 mins per foot.
