Directions

Add 8-10 drops to an aromatherapy burner, add water and ignite the night light. Alternatively, you can add 4 drops to a tissue and inhale as needed.
You may also choose to dilute 10 drops in a tablespoon of Aloe Vera Gel and apply to your feet the morning of your exam or speech.
