The Better You Iron Oral Spray is a convenient and pleasant way to supplement your iron levels. Just 4 sprays a day provides 5mg of iron, with a delicious baked apple flavour.
Taking iron in this form has shown to be a solution to the digestive discomfort that can accompany other forms of iron that is ingested. The tiny drops from the spray, rather than relying on ingestion, absorb quickly into the buccal membrane of the inner cheek, allowing for the excellent bioavailability of this product, and well as much quicker utilisation.
Iron can help contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, can support cognitive function, and can aid the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Directions
Shake well before use and carefully spray into mouth or on the inside of cheek. Use 4 sprays a day and do not exceed recommended dosage.
