Clearspring Organic Japanese Tamari is an authentic soya sauce made using traditional Japanese methods.

Tamari comes from fermented organic soya beans, which have been aged in cedarwood barrels over two summers for an award winning flavour that won’t be matched by any other sauces.

This double strength Tamari uses as much as twice the number of whole soya beans compared to other sauces on the market.

Tamari has a rich taste without being overpowering, and is the traditional accompaniment to signature Japanese dishes like sushi or sashimi.

Tamari is much more than a dipping sauce however, it can also be incorporated into sauces and marinades giving them new depth of flavour, or enhancing the taste of cooked meats such as chicken or fish in a stir fry.
