Solgar Korean Ginseng
Solgar® Korean Ginseng Root Extract contains ginseng, made from the root and the offshoots called root hairs. There are several species of ginseng, all belonging to the botanical group called Panax, which means ‘all heal’ in Greek. Korean ginseng is also known as red or Asian ginseng and is the classic variant which has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. Ginseng is manly produced in South Korea, China, Canada and the United States.
Ginseng is believed to help improve concentration and supports energy and vitality. Solgar Korean Ginseng Root Extract has a daily dose of 1-3 vegetable capsules a day, supporting you with this ancient traditional medicine botanical for optimum well-being.
Directions
Take between one and three capsules daily with food.
