After a long winter hiding away under tights, woolly socks and layers galore (and neglect), it can be daunting getting the feet out. 1. Take a Foot Bath
A foot bath can be super relaxing. And it has some great benefits too! Take some time out - two or even three times a week - for a foot bath. Soaking your feet in a basin of warm water can be very relaxing for tired, heavy legs. But it's also great to soften any hard, calloused and dry skin on the feet. 2. Moisturise!
