Zota Progone cream is a natural progesterone precursor cream which supports menopausal and menstrual wellbeing. It contains extracts of Mexican wild yam, calendula, chickweed and chamomile.
Wild yams have been promoted as a source of natural progesterone for the relief of menopausal symptoms and a host of other female problems ranging from menstrual cramps to the dreaded monthly mood swings.

Rub the cream gently where the skin is thin to allow the active ingredients to be rapidly absorbed into the fat layer below the skin.
Apply the cream once daily – if your skin is not easily absorbent, apply twice daily. The best areas for application include the length of the inner arm, the inner thighs, the abdomen and the breasts.
It is best to choose a different area with each application as if one area is continuously used, the fat layer will become clogged, absorption will be reduced and thus the benefits of the cream will be reduced.
If the cream is being used after the menopause, apply daily for 21-23 days and then stop using it for 5-6 days.
Then repeat the cycle. The full 55ml jar should be used up each month to ensure maximum effect.
If you are taking prescribed medication such as HRT, consult your doctor before using this cream.
If this cream is being used pre-menopause, it should only be used from the day of ovulation (usually around the 12th day of the menstrual cycle) until the first day of the normal next period.
If your periods are irregular, make the best approximated guess to select the first day of ovulation.
It is essential that the entire contents of the jar are used within the month thus it may necessary to apply the cream to two areas each day.
