Organic Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl) extract 400mg, Equivalent to 4800mg whole cinnamon, Providing Proanthocyanidins 60mg, Plant cellulose capsule (HPMC Hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose).
