How to useTake 1-2 teaspoons ground psyllium seed with at least 1 full glass of water. If not grinding, soak in warm water for 2 - 6 hours before use. Take with at least 250ml of water. Because of its neutral flavour it may be added to most food dishes. It is recommended to increase daily fluid intake when taking psyllium seeds.
