This important vitamin plays a vital role in the health of our blood. Vitamin K is made up of several compounds, the two most important being K1 and K2. One of the best sources of K2 is found in an ancient Japanese food called nattō. Sometimes eaten for breakfast, nattō is made from chickpeas or soybeans fermented with the microbe Bacillus subtilis. Formulated using a potent extract from chickpea nattō. Providing you with a highly biologically active form of vitamin K2 that is 10 times more efficiently absorbed than vitamin K1 from spinach.
