Solgar Omega 3-6-9 contains essential fatty acids which may help to support good circulation, joint health, immune function, heart health, healthy hair and healthy skin. Omega-3 fatty acids are considered to be one of the essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids are essential because the body does not synthesize them. Fatty acids must be present in the diet or they will not be present in the body. Failure to obtain the recommended amount of essential fatty acids can have serious health implications. The optimum ratio of the omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids are contained in each capsule.
Directions
Directions: Food supplement for adults, three (3) softgels daily, preferably at mealtimes or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Warning: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medication or have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking any dietary supplement.
NOTE: Not to be used if you are taking blood thinners (anticoagulant).
