Bromelain is an enzyme extracted from fresh pineapples, while quercetin is an antioxidant plant pigment known as a flavonoid. Higher Nature Quercetin & Bromelain may help to support heart health, and may also provide relief from hay fever.

Two tablets provide; 600mg Quercetin, 54mg Bromelain, 68mg Vitamin C. Also contains Natural Lithothamnion calcarea, cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate and zein protein coating.

Take 2-3 tablets (children over 4 years, 1 tablet) a day, with a meal.
