Evergreen Organic Arborio Rice has been packaged especially for Evergreen Healthfoods. Arborio rice is traditionally used to make creamy risotto rice. It originates from northern Italy and is a medium to long grain rice. It would be considered the best all-round rice for cooking. Arborio rice is so creamy as it can absorb a lot of liquid while cooking, but yet it retains a nice ‘bite’ when fully cooked. Like most rice, Arborio has high fibre content which makes you feel full and satisfied for longer. This product contains no added preservatives or additives and is certified organic.
