Clearspring Organic Japanese Brown Rice Miso is a traditional fermented Japanese staple food made using only the very best, most natural ingredients including whole soya beans, brown rice and a dash of salt. The taste of this miso has been described as savoury, earthy and slightly ‘mushroomy’. Miso makes an excellent addition to a number of dishes, particularly bean dishes, vegetable dishes, sauces, stews and soups.
Clearspring Organic Japanese Brown Rice Miso is an excellent source of protein and fibre. With just 35 calories per serving you can enjoy this food with zero guilt. This certified organic product is free from dairy and wheat. It is also suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.
