What is Coconut Water?

Coconut water is the clear liquid which is tapped from young, green coconuts, unlike coconut milk which is high in fat. Coconut water has been increasingly popular in recent years thanks to the many benefits it can offer you, leading to it being called nature’s sports drink.

This electrolyte rich drink contains the important nutrients you need when working out, potassium and sodium salts which are lost through exercise. Unlike most sports drink however, all of our coconut waters only use natural flavourings and no added sugars.
