Botanical Mixology: 'Aperol' on the Rocks with Solaris Tea

July 06, 2026

A botanical alcohol-free spritz, inspired by citrus and rich in antioxidants

Solaris Organic Oolong Shui Xian Loose Leaf Tea

Warm and grounding organic tea becomes a vibrant base for iced infusions, sparkling botanical mocktails, and naturally refreshing drinks. Herbal teas carry depth, aroma, and complexity, which makes them ideal for cold infusions. Once brewed and chilled, they can be combined with fruit juices, citrus, sparkling water, or botanicals to create refreshing alcohol-free alternatives.
