Solgar Hawthorn Extract
Solgar’s Hawthorn Extract is a food supplement with a large variety of health benefits for the heart and circulatory system. The active effects of hawthorn are due to the presence of flavonoid compounds like CoQ10. These flavonoids increase the amount of energy going to the heart, leading to stronger heartbeats. Hawthorn Extract has been attributed to lowering blood pressure, reducing cholesterol, strengthening heart contractions and improving anaerobic capacity. This product can be used for its potential benefits for the heart, chest and arrhythmia. Free from gluten, wheat, dairy, soya, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, artificial flavours or colours. This product is suitable for vegans.
Directions
1-3 capsules daily, preferably at mealtime.
Ingredients
Hawthorn (250mg), berry powder, standardised hawthorn (150mg), leaf/flower powdered extract (3mg [2%] vitexin). Vegetable capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose. Bulking agent: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. Antioxidant: powdered blend of L-Ascorbic acid and beta-carotene.
