This Irish heather honey is made by Hanna's Bees using nectar from ling heather, Calluna vulgaris, in the Comeragh Mountains, Co. Waterford. Produced in small batches, it is delicious with a chunk of cheese and biscuits or with yoghurt and fruit, this would also make a wonderful gift for a honey lover.
