These capsules from Lifeplan contain only dried powdered nettle in a hard capsule shell to maintain the potency of the plant. No additives of any kind are used in the manufacturing process.

Nettle Herb (urtica dioica) Powder, Vegetarian Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose)

Take one capsule twice daily with meals, or as a drink.

Mix the contents of a capsule to a smooth paste with cold water and then slowly add boiling water, stirring briskly.
