Nasal: 1. Remove cap and gently insert nosepiece into nostril, block other nostril with finger and then inhale. 2. After each inhalation, exhale through your mouth. WITHOUT VAPOUR ROD: use the inhaler for 15-20 mins daily either in one continuous session or divide the use in 3 sessions. WITH VAPOUR ROD: remove clear lower cap covering cartridge. Place the vapour rod into the holder and snap holder into bottom of salt cartridge, replace cover. Use the inhaler with nasal rod 3 times a day in 1-2 min sessions for first week. Gradually increase sessions by 1-2 mins each week for 3 weeks.
