Clearspring Organic Sushi Rice is ideal for making sushi at home.
This sushi rice is made from the short grain Selenio rice. Clearspring’s sushi rice is organically grown in the Piemonte region of northwest Italy.
Once ripened, the rice is then polished to perfection by a rice miller. The husk, the bran and the germ layer is then removed, leaving mostly the starchy endosperm to make this delicious, moreish sushi rice.
This product is wheat free, certified organic and is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
