Reviews
Clearspring Organic Japanese Shoyu Soya Sauce is an award winning taste of authentic Japanese cuisine.
Shoyu is made from a mash of whole soya beans and roasted wheat, which are slowly fermented in cedarwood barrels to enrich their taste and aroma.
Shoyu is similar in many regards to tamari soya sauce as they both share a distinct taste, but shoyu has a lighter colour and a more subtle flavour so it is better suited to all-purpose cooking.
You can incorporate it into meals such as stir fry’s for an exciting new flavour.
Shoyu contains less salt, carbohydrates and calories per serving, so it is also a healthier alternative to tamari or other soya sauces.
