Blasta Delights Spiced Ginger Syrup is a deliciously warming syrup, handmade in small batches in Co. Kerry using ginger-infused water, raw cane sugar and a fragrant blend of whole spices. Combining the distinctive warmth of Peruvian ginger with cinnamon, allspice, cloves, cardamom and nutmeg, it offers a lovely balance of sweetness and spice. Made using whole spices rather than ground spices, this syrup delivers a smooth, well-balanced flavour without the gritty sediment often found at the bottom of spiced drinks. Its rich ginger flavour makes it a versatile addition to both sweet treats and refreshing beverages. Drizzle over pancakes, porridge, yoghurt or ice cream, stir into coffee or hot water, or add a splash to sparkling water, iced tea and cocktails for a warming ginger twist.
