A psylliym-based food supplement containing probiotics (friendly bacteria), prebiotics, fruits and herbs to help overcome digestive issues such as constipation. Psyllium husks are soluble fibre extracted from psyllium seeds. Once inside the body, the husks expand to form a jelly-like consistency, which lubricates any blockages, encouraging movement at a moderate pace. Biocare combines these fibrous husks with 3 strains of beneficial flora (providing 2 billion viable proprietary bacteria) as well as prebiotics (to feed said bacteria), which stimulate and regulate the digestive system, as well as giving it some gentle assistance. This natural combination of food-based fibres makes the perfect alternative to harsh laxatives.
