Atlantic Aromatics Palmarosa Oil - 5ml

Palmarosa has a sweet, rosy like aroma. It is one of the best natural sources of geraniol, which has a sweet, rose-like aroma. It is particularly good for tension and exhaustion and helps to relax.

Directions

To help aid relaxation after a stressful day, blend 2 drops of Palmarosa and 1 drop of Geranium in a teaspoonful of Sweet Almond oil and swish into a warm bath. Soak for at least 10 minutes.
