Active Iron For Women is a female specific iron accompanied by a B complex. Active Iron’s protein formula can reduce irritation, resulting in strong absorption while also being gentle and non-constipating. The B Complex Plus contains B 12, Folic Acid, Niacin, Thiamine, B5, B6 and Biotin. Specially formulated for use with Active Iron to optimise iron and mineral absorption, B Complex Plus also contains Vitamin D, C, E and K as well as minerals including Selenium and Zinc.
Active Iron For Women can be taken when over 12 years, and is suitable for those who are or may become pregnant.
