Absolute Aromas De-Stress Blend
Absolute Aroma De-Stress Blend is a delightful blend specifically formulated to help you to naturally de-stress and unwind. This blend can assist, support and offer natural relief to you for life's everyday stresses. This blend contains lots of wonderful oils including Bergamot, Frankincense, Chamomile, Lemon, Sandalwood, Clove, Ylang Ylang, Cedarwood and Jasmine. All of these wonderful oils work together to help you de-stress and uplift after a long day, naturally.
How to use:
- add a few drops to your body wash
- add to your bath water
- diffuse
- simply add a few drops to some tissue and inhale
Directions
Dilute up to 8 drops of De-Stress in a carrier oil or bath oil and stir into warm bath water. Alternatively, blend a total of 3 to 5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil to make a massage blend suitable for most adults. Or place 6 drops of De-Stress in an Oil Burner or Aroma-Diffuser or simply place a few drops onto a tissue and inhale.
