Guaranteed Irish and Vegan-Friendly UltraPure Laboratories Epsom Salts (fragrance-free and Ph.eur Grade) are a must for sore, aching muscles and joints. Soaking in an Epsom Salt bath allows magnesium sulphate ions from the salt to absorb through the skin which may help alleviate soreness caused by muscle overuse. The soothing effect of Epsom Salts allows the body to relax which may help to relieve stress, soothe tired muscles and promote deep, restful sleep.
Directions
Bath/Foot Soak: Fill a bath with warm water. Sprinkle 1-2 handfuls of UltraPure Laboratories Epsom Salts into the water and gently mix, for best results soak for 15-20 minutes.
