Crystalized ginger, which is also known as candied ginger and glace ginger, is simply fresh ginger that has been slowly cooked in sugar and water and then rolled over coarse sugar to help preserve it. Crystallised ginger has a wonderfully sweet yet spicy flavour and is very popular in desserts. Made using organic ginger and organic cane sugar.

Delivery Charges

If your order value is €55 or more, then delivery is free to any destination within the Island of Ireland. Order values of less than €55 will incur a fee of €6.95.

Our Couriers - DPD & GLS

We use two courier companies for our deliveries, DPD and An Post.

DPD offers a one hour predicted delivery window to all customers.

At the checkout simply make the selection of your choice of courier.
