True Natural Goodness Organic Coconut Palm Sugar is the boiled and dehydrated sap of the coconut palm and is a popular sugar substitute. Tasting very similar to brown sugar, it does not contain the same ‘empty calories’ that are present in regular sugar.

Trace amounts of iron, zinc, calcium and potassium, along with some short chain fatty acids, polyphenols and antioxidants are present in coconut palm sugar. If your order value is €55 or more, then delivery is free to any destination within the Island of Ireland. Order values of less than €55 will incur a fee of €6.95.

We use two courier companies for our deliveries, DPD and An Post.

DPD offers a one hour predicted delivery window to all customers.

At the checkout simply make the selection of your choice of courier.
