True Natural Goodnesss Barley flour is made from grinding whole, organic barley grain. This results in a mild flour with a slightly nutty and sweet flavour. Barley flour also adds a wonderfully tender texture to baked goods. Not only this, it is also full of essential nutrients. It is an excellent source of dietary fibre which is essential for a healthy digestive system. It is also a low-fat, low-cholesterol grain, that's high in protein, and many vitamins and minerals. This is a certified organic product with no additives or preservatives.

Delivery Charges

If your order value is €55 or more, then delivery is free to any destination within the Island of Ireland. Order values of less than €55 will incur a fee of €6.95.

Please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be dispatched in Ireland.

In the unlikely event that the item that you ordered is not in stock, we will issue your account with a refund and send the remaining items in your order.

Our Couriers - DPD & GLS

We use two courier companies for our deliveries, DPD and An Post.

DPD offers a one hour predicted delivery window to all customers.

At the checkout simply make the selection of your choice of courier.
